I have suffered from a stuffy nose and sinuses for the last 15 years or so (now aged 30) and it has driven me to distraction. I have tried using peppermint oil, steamers and the netti pot to clear some of the blockage, but all have been relatively ineffective compared to the sinurinse.
I debated for a while as to whether I should spend £120 on this product, but I have to say that I am happy with the purchase and think that it represents value for money. In terms of it's effectiveness, I would give it a 4 out of 5 at the moment. I have only been using the product daily for the last month or so (and have missed a few days in that month). I have however noticed significant improvement in my sense of smell and taste in that short time. My left nostril still gets blocked a lot, but I think there may be a narrowing of the passageway at the bridge of my nose.
The rinse itself only takes about a minute, but you must always rinse through with warm water to avoid blockage. I have built the rinse into part of my daily routine and really notice the negative effects if I forget to do it.
The only negative I would say is that the salts are a little on the expensive side (currently around £18 for a months worth). The flip side of that though is that my nose has stung in the past with other formulas, but the sinuair powder is pain free and kind to your sinuses. It makes sense to use a trusted product if it's going in such a delicate area.
I would recommend this product to people suffering from sinus problems as it has helped me a lot. It is not a miracle cure by any means, but with constant use it does help. I will update this review in 6 months time or so to give an update on how it is working for me.
Thanks
Ben
