Natasha Bedingfield (sister of Daniel) releases her debut song 'Single', a very catchy tune about celebrating the single life, not feeling bad about it and not succumbing to peer pressure to become part of a relationship just because others think it'd be a good idea (something this reviewer can relate to -- it can be very annoying! Thank goodness for lyrics such as 'I'm not gonna get hooked up just because you say I should' and 'Don't need to be on somebody's arm to look good')
In an industry permeated with songs about trying to score with a potential partner it's such a relief to hear a song with this subject matter, and from what I've witnessed it seems to go down well in clubs.
Go on, Natasha, do the Bedingfield family proud!

A great feel good song, 'Single' offers something just a bit different to the usual pop style, not just your standard 'independent women' kind of song, with a good beat and a twist of i'm not quite sure what, single is a song which is gonna stay in my head for a while yet for sure.

When I first heard this song I liked it, but now it doesnt seem all that good - for her first single though I guess it wasnt bad. The good thing is her 2nd single 'These Words' taken from her forthcoming album 'Unwritten' is awesome and could possible be the BEST Pop song of the year...
