We bought this - on the strength of the one review available on Amazon at the time - as a speedy expedient to replace a rather more splendid looking tap which just would not stop dripping. We reasoned that if it turned out to be not much good, at least it wouldn't drip while we looked round for a better one.
But we don't need to look for a better one! It functions smoothly and, as it's quite low to the sink (but high enough to get a pan or jug under) unlike its taller, flashier predecessor, it doesn't splash. So it's gonna stay 'cos we like it a lot.
If you're fitting it yourself, a point to be aware of is that the two threaded rods holding it in place are located behind the flexible hoses (when viewed from in front of the sink unit)so they have to be tightened blind and in a restricted space. You'll need a 10mm box spanner.
