Saw Mitch live a couple of weeks ago. His stand up's good, his songs even better. The title track is wonderful, perfectly capturing the mindset of all those wannabees on the X-Factor.

Buy it and make yourself laugh out loud! If you have ever heard Mitch Benn on the Now show, this is even better. Funny, intelligent, cruel, accomplished, brilliant. Listen out for the amazing piano playing by Rick Wakeman on the title track...

Mitch Benn is probably best known for his appearances on Radio 4's The Now Show. His songs are witty, funny and very clever, making sharp comments on current events (my favourite was one on the new "airport security" measures, in which he asks, "If we inconvenience you enough, will you believe you're being protected?"), and his music is also clever. If you aren't a fan already, it's time you discovered Mitch Benn!
