I am a Katie Stewart devotee, and snapped up this book away back in 1994. Mine's a signed copy by Katie Stewart and Caroline Young. I still have this book in my kitchen, and regularly refer to it for tips on cooking food perfectly. We loved the Couscous, Fresh Fruit Shortcake, and the Asparagus Pasta Quills. This book is a cookbook which inspires you to have a go at the beautifully-illustrated recipes, which are so clearly written. Time and time again I've opened this book and found something new to try. This cookbook fills in many of the gaps and answers the questions that you need answering about techniques and choosing the best produce. Highly recommended.
