As a seasoned dieter, i just needed a book that would give me a quick refresher for spring. I like the format of this book - quick and easy to read. Tips are listed 1-101 and great for busy people who don't have time to read a whole book. I read this book in less than an hour - and I am feeling very inspired...i would highly recommend!

Losing weight is never easy but this book proved to be a great motivational tool, not only to begin my fitness journey but to keep me motivated along the way! I loved the numbering of the tips as it was easy to flick through to find tips that interested me. A great read!

How refreshing to read a book which doesn't over-complicate weight loss. This book is a collection of tips and ideas for how you can reduce your calorie intake without resorting to a restrictive diet, and how you can build exercise into your everyday life. There's no pretence about it - you don't have to follow all 101 tips, just choose what works for you. Straight-forward, common-sense and very motivating.

It's true that the small things in life can make a really big difference in the long run, and never more true that when it comes to dieting. This book is full of really useful tips that can be incorporated into your daily life to ensure that not only are you are helped to lose weight, but more importantly, you are helped to keep it off. I am in the middle of a diet myself, but just know that what happens at the 'end' of the diet is the bit that you have to get right, to avoid the dreaded 'yo yo.'
