Product Description

Product Description

Are you hoping to do everything you can to make sure you baby loves food and meal times?
Are you at that point where you need information on weaning methods?
Have meal times become a battle between you and your baby?
Are you just wanting to find out how baby-led weaning works?

If your answer is YES to any of those questions then this book is right for you.

I really wanted to do everything I could to help my kids enjoy meal times and love their food, so I looked into all different methods of weaning and discovered what worked well and what was just good on paper.

There's nothing new about the weaning method I discovered worked best with babies. Through the ages, people have always let their children discover food on their own and feed themselves but in recent years the method has been researched and a name has been given to this very natural process: Baby-led weaning.

Letting your child decide how much to eat is a very natural next step from breast or bottle feeding.

This is a simple guide to baby-led weaning, giving you advice on:

- the whole process, from milk to solids
- the best foods and those to avoid
- your baby's gag reflex
- safety and comfort

You won't need to read books and books on the subject, once you have gone through this straight forward guide you will know exactly what to do to lead your baby on a happy and enjoyable journey from milk to solid foods.

"This very clear and complete guide to baby-led weaning is full of great information which will enable your child to have an enjoyable journey discovering food.
Personally, it has given me a complete new undersanding of the whole introducing food process, reasured me and enabled me to relaxe and trust my baby girl. I would add, that even parents who stick to spoon feeding will find in this guide lots of very usefull information enabling you to understand much more about your little one and his eating behaviours."

This great reference guide is brilliantly concise and easy to read with its well laid-out sections. It is packed full of very useful information which I have referred to over and over again.
As someone who works in the medical profession, I have really enjoyed taking this approach to weaning my daughter - it has been a wonderfully natural, successful method for us, and I felt assisted and supported by this guide every step of the way.

This is a very brief introductory book to Baby-led Weaning. I actually got a lot more info off websites and Facebook groups. It's a good start if you're time strapped.
