I listened to the cds whilst in my office and whilst driving, quickly it became apparent how easy to listen to they were and how i noticed i started to use some of the tips and techniques both on the course and off it, the principles can be applied to other aspects of your life as well.

The format and approach used makes the cds easy to put on anytime and refresh your mindset to the game coming up.

Very useful and relevant methods for improving my game.

I haven't got the time to read golf books or watch golf videos but still want to improve my game. I,ve had lessons and know how to hit a golf ball but still didn't get any better. Since listening to Mind and Body golf my handicap has dropped by 4 shots. I play more consistantly and win more often when it matters. A must for anyone who thinks they have got as good as they can get.
