I particularly appreciated the section on starting diesel engines.
I first read the book after borrowing it from my local library, but have decided that it is definitely worth buying.
as an example, when discussing 'lights' both cabin and navigation, they compare 'bulbs' to 'flourescent' but never even mention the even less power hungry LED options available today.
this might have been a useful book 20-30 years ago, but today its next to useless.
