Pre-programmed rhythms and an instructive guided learning feature will ensure great sounds in no time at all.;So, raise your fist in the air and rock out with the V Beat Guitar for super shredding solos and raucous rhythms!

Product Description

We're quite, quite sure that in the heady days of Prog Rock, you, like us took a sudden interest in tennis. Not for the genius of Borg or Connors, though. But for the equipment. It seems that generations of young men, deprived of the resources required to buy a Fender Stratocaster, sought sanctuary in the delights of the common-or-garden wooden framed tennis racket as a guitar substitute. All that was needed then was a suitably long mirror, one of your mother's scarves to tie around your head, some old makeup (in a nod to Bowie)... and the transformation would be complete. Now, of course technology is our friend. And, with the help of the highly technological V-Beat Guitar, your air guitaring tennis racketing days are well and truly over. This two-piece technical marvel is the bridge between the world of air and the world of The Shadows, with clever motion-sensing technology enabling the production of soarin' solos, rockin' rhythms and down-down-deeper-and-down chord patterns that would impress even the mighty Quo. Not arf. The V-Beat helps one get to grips, on a quite literal level, with the real thing, and, with built-in tutorials and rhythms, one will be chugging along in no time. All we ask is that you perform said chugging in the privacy of one's own bedroom. Rock on. You know you want to.

4.0 out of 5 stars Very Good Buy, 4 May 2009
Durability:4.0 out of 5 stars Fun:4.0 out of 5 stars Educational:4.0 out of 5 stars
I was some what sceptical when my son pursuaded me to purchase this item especially as it was half the price of similar air guitars.
It arrived very promptly and was a brand new item very neatly presented.
My son has had alot of good use out of it already and it is quite amazing what can be played on it from classic to rock. I happily recommend the Silver V-Beat Electric Air Guitar as a Very Good Buy

Unfortunately the one I got did not work very well, there was a problem with connectivity between the guitar and the plectrum, which meant that I got intermittent play.Ireturned it and sadly the supplier had run out of stock. However although chord playing looked initially quite difficult I imagine that with patience this could be lots of fun - not as good as a real one though!

5.0 out of 5 stars For the man who has everything!, 18 Jul 2009

I bought this for my gadget crazy man. I was at a loss for something different to get him, when I came across the Silverlit V-Beat Electric Air Guitar.
He has been practising on it for a couple of weeks now, and has had me in stitches laughing at his determination to conquer it, (he's a perfectionist you see!).
I'd recommend this to anyone who, like me, has bought just about every gadget/big boys toy there is on the market. It will keep him amused for weeks. It's not as easy at is looks, but it's extremely funny watching a grown man strumming away on a miniature air guitar!
