My dad allowed me to put this in on his behalf.
I`m 8 I got one of these for xmas they are indestrutible myne went over a house and survived 1 week of rain and it still flyes till today!!! It doesn`t turn very well but otherwise it`s great. it can hover [with practise].Flight time is about 10 to 15 mins it charges for 30 mins. It's really great fun and well worth it.

This is a fantastic little heli' and ideal for beginners. Makro are selling these at a silly �19.99 + vat so just over �21. I've just been down and bought 5, 2 for myself and rest for xmas presents. This offer is in the October 2007 mail starting on the 10th. Not sure how many they have in stock at each store but assistant I asked claimed they had all been recalled. He didn't convince me and found a shelf full of them hidden away in the toy section. 5* and for the silly price you can't complain.

Over the past year I have had many battery/mains operated toys go wrong and most of them have been purchased from high street stores where a refund/exchange is relatively easy.

This helicopter was bought from Amazon Marketplace, the first time for me, and it went wrong after a week of useage. I sent it back to the seller who basically said I didn't know what I was doing and that it worked fine for his Technical Department. My son is a remote control fanatic and we have had to learn the ins and outs of these things just out of necessity. The build of the helicopter is very good and it is good value for money, but if it goes wrong, and the seller is not forthcoming in the 'help department' then forget it. Silverlit do not have a telephone number for this country that I could find. We eventually got a refund but will now buy an alternative from a high street store like Toys R Us where a refund/exchange is pretty much straight forward.
