Offering a fully three dimensional interactive game, with each pilot trying to outsmart his opponent in the air, by using flying skills and an integral laser beam to temporarily disable the other helicopter, without being hit first! The attractive Sky Challenger gift box includes two fully assembled helicopters supplied ready-to-fly, complete with pre-installed 2-channel proportional wide beam infrared control systems, and an informative flight manual. Suitable for both beginners and enthusiasts, steer the helicopters by simply moving the transmitter joy stick left or right, whilst operating the throttle to take off, hover and land. Two set top buttons launch the lasers upon command, accompanied by audilble sound effects for added excitement. Stable and fun to fly indoors in a reasonable size room, the Sky Challenger helicopters are remarkably robust made of lightweight flexible foam, and feature a flashing blue LED strobe light. Each Sky Challenger chopper incorporates a powerful lithium polymer battery and will fly for up to ten minutes, whilst recharging direct from its transmitter in less than half an hour. The Silverlit Sky Challenger infrared helicopters are supplied on bands A and B, to allow both models to be flown together. Requires 12 x AA alkaline batteries (not included).
Manufacturer's Description
Aerial battles in your living room? No, weâre not just talking about the latest console game â" the amazing PicoZ Sky Challenger Battle Pack can have two opponents flying mini RC helicopters armed with infra-red beams that can shoot each other out of the sky!
Featuring incredible manoeuvrability and an auto-stability system that ensures theyâre simple to fly, each mini-copter can pull off some tricky aerobatic moves, which is just as well, because dog-fighting presents a whole new challenge! When one of the helicopters is hit by a beam from its opponent, its motor cuts out, causing it to spin down to earth. But donât worry â" Sky Challengers are hugely tough and can take the fall without damage.
Pilots control the action with handheld IR controllers that double up as charging stations. Sky Challenger controllers also now feature realistic gun sounds whenever the trigger that activates the helicopterâs gun is fired.
