OK - not fancy but my attitude is that it's shifting dirt - who cares what it looks like? This is light and easy to use if you're a bit of a weakling (only my wrists, but I am!) - it's served perfectly well so far but if it falls apart I promise to update this review! It's possibly not what you want if you have a massive trench to dig or you're shifting heavy, wet clay say, but for regular sandy soil - spot on. I'd rather spend my cash on plants to be frank and this is cheap as chips - what a bargain.
Have used a few times and have been really pleased with this . it didn't cost the earth but moves it very well. Handle comfy to use and very quick delivery. all in all a good purchase, unlike the silverline garden edger which was used and broke on the 1st day!!
The first time I used this fork to dig up some plants on London clay, it broke: two tines just snapped off.
Don't buy, unless you are planting in sand or very very very light soil.
