There are number of factors that prevent a 5 star rating for this product.
Firstly the illustrations in the instruction manual are very hard to decipher and in my opinion almost illegible.
Second , there are two wheels that need to be assembled to the chassis of the washer but only one wheel nut and bolt was packed.
Thirdly , very difficult to get the engine to start at first,this was due to the vagueness of the instruction manual and the spark plug flooding with petrol.
However, once these difficulties were overcome the performance of the washer is excellent, light weight and very maneuverable. Would recommend but I suppose the real tests of reliability and performance. can only be measured over time

Just over a year ago I bought the 5.5hp Silverline pressure washer. While it worked it was great, however, after having only been used a dozen or so times I now have very low pressure at the lance. The fault has been traced to the pump.
An email to Silverline requesting spares resulted in this response - "unfortunately this item is not available as a spare and therefore we are unable to help with your request".
So, good while it lasted but as soon as there's a problem it's scrap. I think this is a problem with all these cheap Chinese imports. The moral learnt here, is that you're better off paying a bit more for a reputable brand even if you do pay a bit more.

Very poor quality stopped working after 1 day. Showed signs of rust in less than a week.
