This is useful for providing an extra hand when doing something intricate or needing magnification, and really helps when a steady hand is needed. For example, it was handy for holding a metal watch strap still when moving the clasp.
But it really did come into its own when trying to remove a splinter from my right hand! The magnification aid is obvious, but the overall structure helped to steady both hands for successful splinter removal.
This product has more than one trick up its sleeve, and will prove useful for electronics, mending & repairing, sewing, artwork and more.

Very useful piece of kit and great value for money. Even if you only use it a few times in a year it's one of those items that all toolkits should have. Solid build.

The croc clip connection is poor
The crocodile clips slide onto the end of a rod. It's sort of a tight fit, but it does not take too much force before they twist and the item being held rotates. Read more

Great, I won't solder without it
It's solid and heavy, it works, well engineered and simple.
