Advertised size is 300mm x 250mm, Size on the packet is 300mm x 250mm, but the actual size is 250mm x 230mm, this is false advertising.

This does the job adequately. It is a bit thin and heat can go through especially if you are soldering a stubborn joint where the solder refuses to run. However it keeps the majority of the heat off and spares the background. For the price is an excellent product.
