Product punched holes in the 4mm Vibram Cherry sole that I wanted it to. Hole was a little smaller than expected but I don't blame that on the product, more on my knowledge of holes. Had a little trouble trying to open it due to the new style safety catch and having no instructions supplied.
Note: to unlock, swivel the head so that it is between punches (no one puncher selected) then squeeze handles together, catch can be easily unlocked to release handles fully, then select your punch. Repeat process to lock.
All in all did as I wished and seems pretty sturdy for the price of it.

I 100% agree with the above reviewer this is a first class product. I bought this because I needed to add a couple of holes to my leather belts and this did the trick perfectly. Easily adjustable to fit the appropriate size that you need and with the necessary pressure you have the holes required.
One tip though, You may need to turn the belt over just to make sure the size of the hole is the same on both sides if you have a particularly thick belt. Other than that I really cant find fault with this product.
I understand that a few people have complained about some of the hole punchers available on the site due to them being either flimsy or hard to use. Well all I can say is for the few extra pounds you cant really go wrong with this one.

I was tempted to go for the cheaper option, but after reading the reviews decided to go for the Silverline. Glad i did, they are strong,sturdy,should last ages and are easy to use. If you need holes punching buy these.

Must Have Gadget

We all need to tighten our belts !!
A quality product and much better than the previous punch pliers I had to chuck out as they were good enough to punch about 6 holes in a variety of belts before they distorted .
