Does what it claims to do. Main feature - nothing sticks to it! Yes you do need a baking tray as the sheet is too flexible to use alone. Not a problem though as the baking tray simply sits under the liner, gets hot, then cools down. The silicone sheet keeps the tray clean and mostly you don't need to soak or even wash the tray. The worst I have had is that occasionally a few roasted crumbs sit at the edge of the silicone and simply wipe/brush off. Any remaining oil/fat can be wiped off the silicone liner with a kitchen paper towel. I like the liner. I think the tools/spatulas are not necessary though. I have used a standard plastic spatula to lift cooked items off the baking sheet with no problem. Would recommend this especially if you hate soaking or scrubbing a metal baking tray.
