Paper thin in fact I have handled thicker paper than this "quilted" cover. What protection it offers I do not know! Avoid!

It feels like thin polycotton does - cheap and nasty but worse - size isn't as advertised - it's marked as a "King", yet it barely fits a double. A waste of my money - I'll use a thin summer duvet instead.

Good quality fitted protector. Easily fitted onto the mattress and although it is a standard rise mattress I'd say it should be able to cover a deeper mattress without too much of a stretch.
