Product Description

Review

"This is a suberb and important book for anyone interested in Delany, SF, or SF criticism . . . engaging, well put together, fun to read, and challenging. As usual, with anything written by Delany, the texts all operate at many levels: personal, historical, critical, theoretical, and metatheoretical."--Extrapolation

Delany was an excellent writer (he hasn't written much fiction recently) and is a brilliant scholar. You can read this book if you are interested in his fiction (and graphic novels) but also if you are interested in comics, science-fiction, sexuality, gender, whatever. Chip Delany has a lot to say on all these topics and more.

Essays... 15 Dec. 2013

Format: Paperback
In some ways, this and his other collections of essays and literary critique are his best writing... it feels like having a stiff drink, just by reading....
But oh I wish for more Neveryon or beta 2..... or more depictions of life as honest as the Heavenly Breakfast.
