Signs Of Labor In Childbirth: Natural Ways To Induce Labor

Are you getting anxious for your little one to come into the world? Are you pregnant and worried about childbirth? Are you past due and just sitting there waiting for something to happen? If you are looking for a guide to explain how labor in childbirth is and give natural tips on how to induce labor, I can help!

In my newest book, “ Signs Of Labor In Childbirth: Natural Ways To Induce Labor,” I give you tips on:
  • Early signs of labor
  • The process of labor
  • Natural ways to induce labor
  • What happens to your body
  • How you will feel emotionally
  • And much, much more…

Ways to induce labor from the book

1. Eat Foods That Trigger Labor
To induce labor, it is advisable to eat a lot of tropical fruits such as mango, pineapple, papaya, and similar fruits as these contain an enzyme known as bromelain, which is known to help ripen the cervix as well as stimulate the contractions of the muscles for faster and shorter labor.

2. Physical Activities
Use physical activities like walking and dancing to induce labor. Staying upright can promote the descending action of the body into your cervix. Light walking and dancing could do this, so make these activities a part of your daily routine.

5. Getting A Massage
Massage is not just a perfect way of relaxation, it is also great for women who wish to have a fast and relaxed labor. Massage promotes deep breathing and relaxation of the diaphragm, which could set the labor process to start naturally.

As you can see, the tips I offer on inducing labor in natural way are straight to the point. You won’t be wasting your time sifting through a bunch of useless psychological jargon. NO! You’re going to be learning from condensed information exactly how to go through the process of childbirth and how to induce labor naturally.

Here are a few other things you are going to learn from the book:
  • What exactly happens when you are going into labor
  • How to think positively before going into labor
  • Exercising your mind before giving labor
  • How to nurture your newborn when becoming a parent
  • And much, much more…

5.0 out of 5 stars Prepare yourself with this text 16 May 2014
By Stephanie - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
Having pushed out a child of my own, I am glad to recommend this ebook to friends who are about to experience childbirth. While your doctor helps prepare you, there is nothing like the advice straight from another mom's mouth. A little personal information from someone with first hand knowledge can really help you.

Kristen outlines the several stages as you near the end of your pregnancy. This book does read for people who intend to give birth naturally, versus at risk mothers who need a c-section. She goes through the signs that you can experience before actual labor starts, what happens during labor, and shortly afterwards. There is also a lovely little section on how to help get labor going (if you are at the correct amount of weeks!).

A good read for a mom who wants the real nitty gritty about childbirth!

This is a factual guide describing the labor and delivery process and what a new mother may expect to feel during the pregnancy. It is insightful in addressing emotional and physical changes during the pregnancy and labor process. It breaks down the different stages of labor making it easy to understand and giving valuable insight to the birthing process. It explains the signs of early labor and what to look for from the onset of Braxton Hicks contractions to delivery of the placenta in a comprehensive informative way. It offers a section on how to stimulate natural labor. This section provides tips for inducing natural labor as the alternative to the C-Section surgery.

5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent Kindle Book About Natural Ways To Induce Labor 9 Oct 2014
By Amazon Customer - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
You can tell that this author put a lot of time and research into writing this Kindle book. The one thing I noticed early on in this book about child birth is that the author genuinely cares about women who are pregnant. This sensitivity was clearly conveyed in the chapter called, "What Happens To Your Emotions?" I found this book to have plenty of details on recognizing the signs of labor. This Kindle book is written very well and worth the little that it costs.
