Nice looking, easi-to-use heart rate monitor.
If you have a thin wrist and find many other heart rate monitors too big, try this one.
Battery seems to last forever!
Conductive cream or gel needed for good conduction between skin and electrodes, -that's also true for other HRMs.

This is a great heart rate monitor for people wanting something simple and effective. It doesn't have GPS or a distance measure but it tells you what your heart rate is, how many calories you've burnt, what your average heart rate was for the workout and how long your workout was. It's easy to set up and use, it's a lovely colour, and, although I haven't tested it yet, it should work in the swimming pool too.

I needed a heart rate monitor for my pool exercises, and this foot the bill perfectly. Note: it's only water resistant to 10 meters, so if you are deep diving, this probably isn't for you. (Note: pressing the buttons underwater is not recommended.)
Otherwise, easy to use, good quality, great basic all round heart rate monitor geared towards exercising usage, in water or out.
