Nespresso has mastered all aspects of the preparation of the perfect espresso.     Great coffee from a smart looking machine.
    Its Fast and No waste,makes all types of coffee.
    Its not the cheapest Nespresso maker but you do only get what you pay for. Great price from Amazon.

    Siemens Nespresso TK50 Automatic Coffee Maker (Titanium)

    My wife loves Cappuccinos and was buying those sachets that you just pour hot water into. She had always fancied a cappuccino maker but wanted one that used fresh milk and was simple to use and didn't need to be dismantled every time it needed to be cleaned.

    I got on the case and researched what was on offer and came to the conclusion that the Nespresso range of coffee makers was the best.

    The Siemens TK50 has an automatic milk frothing nozzle. All you do is press the steam button, put the tube into a cup of fresh milk, pull the steam slide forward and hey presto frothed milk is pumped out of the frothing spout.

    You get small and large cup buttons which can be programmed to suit how much coffee you want.

    Cleaning is simple. You don't have to put anything in the dishwasher. All that needs cleaning is the milk tube (if you're making cappuccinos) and that is very easy to do.

    There are about a dozen different coffee pods to choose from which you can't buy in the supermarket but have to call the 'Nespresso Club' which is no hardship as the calls to them are free and the customer service is excellent. For example, my wife managed to accidently break the water container. She called Nespresso to order a new one and they sent a replacement free of charge. They also sent complimentary coffee pods as well.

    I can't recommend the TK50 highly enough. Infact I hated coffee but now love making and drinking the cappuccinos this machine makes.

    This is my first coffee machine and so perhaps I have a childish excitement about it, but I think it's great!

    - it is easy to use: after an initial 20 minutes faffing around and working out the buttons and timings making coffee is now pretty quick
    - it takes next to no cleaning: run it through with water instead of coffee / milk and that's pretty much it unless you've made a particularly splattery cappuccino
    - the coffee tastes good. Or at least it does once you work out that some of the nespresso range are meant for very small cups only and some can take a larger cup (the lungos in the range).

    The nespresso coffee isn't cheap, but it's not extortionate, and using the machine has now become a morning ritual at the weekends. Nice one.
