I had a Gaggia machine before. It was OK, but this is great. So east to use. It even tells you when it needs descaling. Capsules are easy to order on line direct from Nespresso, along with descaler fluid and anything else you may need. Delivery is quick. The choice of coffee is good and capsules have a good shelf life. (about 1 year). Best appliance that I have ever bought even if the price per cup is 21-23p. I think I'm worth it!
