I hate reading diet book. I never get to the end of them and therefore never bother to follow the diet. I've heard a lot about the shred diet and it's results so I thought I'd give it a try. I found this book so thought why not try this first to see if I could actually finish the book! Well I think it actually took me under an hour to read and that was just great! Finally, I feel like I know what I need to do and can actually follow the diet!
