Pretty good... 19 April 2002

This CD Rom does pretty much what it says. Instructions etc. are fairly clear, and each aspect is treated in sequence. What are lacking are a few project type exercises to put new skills into practise (eg. type a letter; edit this text; produce a table or diagram etc.).
In other words, the CD Rom enables you to familiarize yourself with all the functions, but you still need practical exercises to bring the whole thing together.
