Guns, guns, guns, guns, and guns. Bullets, guns, bullets and guns. That just about sums up this film. You don't have to think, you just have to watch and laugh as each scene gets more ludicrous than the last, and the body & bullet count gets higher and higher.
The opening scene pretty much sets the tone of the film, when a bad guy gets killed with a carrot (an odd choice for the only other weapon to feature in this film). From that you can pretty much tell in what direction the film is going to go: completely-riduclous-over-the-top-nonsense-genius-enjoyable-rubbish.
The Bluray transfer's good - it's not the best I've seen - but it's pretty good, and all in all, this was the perfect film to watch with a can of beer, a few mates and a pizza. It's that sort of film.
If you want to watch 100s of guys getting shot in ever increasingly creative ways then this is the film for you. It's switch on the box, switch off the brain entertainment that does exactly what it says on the tin. Some of it's so unbelievable you don't know whether to laugh or applaud. In the end you'll end up doing both.
