I have found these items great at helping me stretch some of my trainers that I have had problems wearing. They are easy to use and adjust to fit any of my shoes. I would certainly recommend them to anyone having problems with shoes that rub.

Having paid a lot of money to the cobbler for stretching my shoes, I decided to but stretchers myself.
They are OK and what I wanted and especially good value for money.
Sometimes it came be difficult to unscrew the device.
