A baby hides in a shoe and has all sorts of adventures. He is very polite and always says 'How do you do?' to those he meets. Later two sad giants appear - one has lost a shoe and the other a baby. hmmm can there be a link?
This is a lovely sweet little book with very simple rhymes and beautiful pictures. It is fun, fresh and great bedtime reading!
Highly recommended. We had it from the library and six onths on are buying our own copy and one for a friend who bears a remarkable to the Shoe Baby!

I have a home daycare and my own sons love this book. The daycare kids have started requesting it every day as well. They can all recite it - lots of repetition, funny story (and doesn't get annoying to read a hundred times as a parent!). It's a great choice for kids 2-5.

This is wonderful book with a lovely story and beautiful illustrations. My 3, nearly 4, year old son borrowed this from the library and after renewing it half a dozen times I'm now going to invest in our own copy!

Lovely book suits 3 yr old.
Our 3 yr old girl loves it, it's simple, bright and happy. Nice and large pictures. An enjoyed book. Can't fault it really.
