This book provides an in-depth guide to how shiatsu can form part of modern maternity care. Based on traditional Chinese and Japanese approaches to health, shiatsu can be used to alleviate many of the chronic symptoms of pregnancy, such as backache, insomnia and morning sickness. A great book for Midwives, Shiatsu practitioners and anyone doing Suzanne's courses,

I purchased this book when I attended Suzanne's course over 5 years ago not realising quite how attached to it I would get. This book has been like a bible to me, so much so it is really looking tired now - well worth getting.
Whether your attending one of Suzanne's courses or just working within the pregnancy world as a midwife or Shiatsu practitioner this book is for you.
