The one-star rating is not for the content (I haven't even read the book) but for the edition of the book itself which is so poor I just sent it straight back.
Firstly the book is huge, almost twice as wide and 1.5 times as high as a normal paperback. But the worst thing is the typesetting. It looks like someone just grabbed all the content from some copyright-free source then printed it out from Word at default settings. It's atrocious - the line length (measure) is far too long, leading is much too tight, it's barely readable.
This is the trouble when works go out of copyright - people think they can get away with anything. This would be more readable on a Kindle and that's saying something.
