About the Author
W. Phillip Keller, born in East Africa, always loved the wildlife and the outdoors. He was trained as an agrologist at the University of Toronto in Canada. He was the author of numerous books. His experiences as a shepherd equipped him with the insights that are the basis for A Shepherd Looks at Psalm 23.
