I'm afraid I can't say anything about the books because I haven't read them, but I bought them for my seven year old granddaughter who loves them....and I get the impression her Mum loves them even more!

My favourite was Sheltie and the Saddle Mystery because it was much more interesting and there was more action than in Sheltie Rides to Win. I particularly liked the end when Emma (on her own with Sheltie) catches the saddle thieves and I think that Emma and Sheltie should go into the police.

I wish that Amazon would stock all the Sheltie books because I love them, and my library at school only has two (well I have only seen two).
