Product Description

Product Description

Holly Lin is living two lives. To her friends and family, she's a pleasant, hardworking nanny. To her boss and colleagues, she's one of the best non-sanctioned government assassins in the world.

But when a recent mission goes wrong causing one of her team members to die, she realizes she might no longer be cut out for the work -- except the mission, as it turns out, is only half over, and to complete it will take her halfway across the world and bring her face to face with a ghost from her past.

Things are about to get personal. And as Holly Lin's enemies are about to find out, she is not a nanny they want to piss off.

No Shelter is 65,000 words long and recommended for fans of Lee Child, Barry Eisler, and Duane Swierczynski.

Praise for No Shelter:

"Excellent -- memorable and something I'll read more than once."

-- HTMLGIANT

"No Shelter is part mystery, part thriller suspense, and all kinds kick ass!"

-- The Man Eating Bookworm

BONUS CONTENT: an excerpt from The Serial Killer's Wife by Robert Swartwood

Enjoyable! 4 July 2011
Format:Kindle Edition
A surprising and enjoyable story!

If you like stories that seem to organically grow then you'll enjoy this.

If you prefer stories with detail and imagination (but not the crazy out-of-the-box-or-all-possible-scenarios) then this book is recommended.

I was sad to put it down... that's the only negative I could think of!

This was one of the most fun books I've read in ages. Thrilling, this roller-coaster of a ride takes us from California to France to Washington DC in a wonderful tale that would cause James Bond to sigh: "I could never keep up with Holly Lin." The characters have serious issues, which propels the reader deeper into the book. The only negative is that at the time of writing this review, there is no sequel!

The basic premise of this book is completely unbelieveable. I like my imagination to be stretched but this is ridiculous. It's as if the author is shopping for a film deal.
