Couldn't ask for better

These were my favorite books when I was in elementary school and they still remain high on my list. This is the set of all poetry and drawings books - makes a great gift!!! Your kids will loves these poems and the pictures that go along with them - and so will you!

Poems & Drawings of Shel Silverstein

I first "found" Silverstein in Playboy Magazine over 40 years ago, and have been a fan of his ever since. I love the quirky humor in both his poems and drawings. I think the appeal is ageless and universal, and I laugh with each new reading. Depending on my current frame of mind, I receive new insights from Silverstein's work. I am sorry this genius is no longer with us. I really like the 3 book set that I will keep together. I have loved these books in the past, but have always given them away for birthdays, Christmas & even teacher gifts. This set is MINE!
