I tried this very inexpensive paper with an HP 9180 A3 photo-printer, which uses pigment inks.
Results were in line with what you might expect for the price.
The paper is a little thin and not totally flat. It became saturated quite easily which led to buckling and printer head contact, resulting in lines across the print in places.
Large areas of dark colour looked visibly patchy, and the overall output was flat, and a little muddy.
This paper may work better with dye-based inks and is probably a better bet for A4 printing.
I would not recommend it for A3 photos, using pigment inks, where quality is required.
