Reviewing the video to this enjoyable and unexpected pop-punk hit about singer Wayne Coyne's wife Michelle, MTV's animated rock critics Beavis & Butthead unfairly damned the much-covered 'She Don't Use Jelly' with the disparaging remark:

"Uh-oh, I think this is college music."
