I was a bit skeptical about it. Yet still I've ballooned so much, I had to do something about it before it was too late, so I decided to give Hip Hop Abs a try. At first I felt a bit like a fool jumping in front of the television, thinking that it's good nobody can see me. But the feeling disappeared after the third day. Then I started seing the results. And that was only after six dasys. Suddenly my clothes became a bit loose. After two weeks of training my belly has almost gone, I'm only left with a muffin top, which I believe I'll combat soon. I tried as much as I can avoid fattening food, so I switched to chicken and fish, salads, porridge for breakfast, wine only once a week etc., but that was only the addition to the workout that seemed right to do. I wanted to see results. So if the gym and pumping iron or running like a hamster on a treadmill doesn't appeal to you, try Hip Hop Abs. After all it costs less than a montly gym membership, but is well worth it.
The only negative thing I can say is the quality of the video. It's poor. But does it really matter? And try not to put the dvd back to the original packaging everytime you use the disc. It's difficult to pull it back and the disc can snap eventually. Mine already has tiny cracks. Just keep it in an envelope or something that doesn't involve putting pressure on the disc.
