This machine did not heat properly from day one. On day 3 it stopped working altogether. I then took steps to return it to Amazon but kept getting a message that information from DHL regarding pickup was not available. I still have the machine 4 weeks later and still do not know what to do about it. Suggest others do not go down this route.

This microwave/grill is very neat and stylish It does not take up a lot of room but its big on performance Easy to use and an easy to understand manual

Bought this oven to replace a previously owned Sharp microwave oven which had broken down after years of use, and I had been very happy with. This one has a grill and similar features to my last one, but not as sturdily made. It moves when you open the door, as it is lighter in weight, and you have to hold it still whilst you do this. I don't like the way the door steams up during cooking, as you can't see inside, but I do love the stainless steel interior. It beeps four times when cooking time ends, and also when you open the door (and every three minutes if you don't open the door), which is a bit annoying. I also like the kitchen timer and the colour black. Still, I am pleased with my purchase.
