4.0 out of 5 stars Great value tv. 30 Dec 2011
By :)
Received this TV for Christmas and I am really pleased with it, it has some innovative features-

*You can record to USB [and the picture quality of the recordings is as good as live TV itself]
*The TV shuts off after 4 hours (Default setting) to conserve power
*The controls on the side of the TV are touch sensitive rather than buttons
*There are plenty of sockets to plug all of your devices and consoles into (1X scart 2X HDMI 1X USB 1X VGA 1X AV)

The picture is great and animations are especially crisp and vibrant. The user interface is simple and easy to control, and all you have to do is plug it in, attach an antenna, set the language and then it will search for channels (freeview). All in all it took about ten minutes to set up out of the box.

The only downside is that the remote is a little basic, the buttons are small and not easily defined if you are watching TV in poor light-and you need to read the manual to work out what half of them are for as standard symbols are not used.
Also make sure you don't leave your USB stick or HDD in the TV as it gets seriously hot and might compromise your data- I accidentally left my metal USB stick in it (Which was VERY hot) and now it is asking to re-format it.

5.0 out of 5 stars brilliant 5 Jan 2012
By chrisd
this telly is apsoloutly amazing, i have in my house a 42 inch lg, a 32inch toshiba telly, and this one apsoloutly beats them both on quality, the picture quality is amazing, nice and crisp and clear, the features are amazing, im a regular playstation player, and have 2 playstation 3's, one set up on the toshiba tele, and the other on my sharp, and the toshiba television is crap in comparison, its cloudy and crap to be honest, i would highly recomend this television to any one looking to purchasing, must admit i did get it from tesco for just under £200 pounds.
