The picture is ok, but the sound is tinny, as seems to be the case with most of the smaller TVs these days. It's much better with a set of speakers plugged into the earphone socket, but now the mute button has no effect. Startup from mains-power-on is a bit slow (compared to the old-style TV that it replaced) and the record-to-USB function is temperamental. It will record without any problems most of the time but occasionally it will report that there has been an error when attempting to start a recording. Sometimes that locks up the whole TV and it has to be turned off and on at the mains.

Overall it's ok, but would I buy the same model again..? No, I don't think so.

Arrived quickly BUT Yodel must be the worst courier company known to man!!! Just thrust at me, no signature asked for.
However, the TV is great, easy to set up and great picture quality.

I'm no telly fascist, and would quite happily have hung on to the ancient Rediffusion set that this replaced... if the latter hadn't - quite spectacularly - burst into flames last year. Rediffusion... RIP.

Anyway, anyway... this slick-looking youngster hasn't exactly won a place in the heart of its new owner. For some reason, the analogue tuner works only intermittently (which means I can't use my Dreamcast with it), it has an annoying habit of randomly forgetting the existence of certain channels, the sound is rather weedy, it requires multiple jabs at the remote control to switch it on, the USB reader is staggeringly fussy about which memory sticks you use, the EPG is clunky beyond words... and there are NO BUTTONS at all on the telly itself (no volume, channel up/down, etc...) so if you mislay the remote - or (say...) your sister-in-law sits on it - then you're completely stuffed.

Apart from all that, it *works*... but with multiple failings already manifesting themselves, you've got to wonder for how long... Mmmmmmmm.

I bought this for my Mum's bedroom. She's very pleased with it though the sound could be better. She's not the best with technology but she soon got to grips with this. Good value at a little over £160.00. I might buy a sound bar for Christmas or try some extra speakers.
