Bought this to replace using my laptop for TV in the caravan. The picture quality is excellent and there are loads of options for tweaking the colours etc. I have found no problem is the sound, and have selected the surround sound option and its great. It can be personalised, so if you are au fait with equalisers and stuff, you can really go to town. It was instantly set up when I plugged the scart cable in, from my freeview box, so if I can do it, anyone can. I think this is a fab tv.

I bought this tv after seeing a review on The Gadget Show - it came out head and shoulders above an equivalant Sony model. I should have stuck to my instincts and gone for the Sony...........OK the picture quality is excellent and there are plenty of inputs etc, etc, - but the sound quality is absolutely horrendous! The tv is replacing a supermarket portable and the sound is nowhere as good - it all sounds like it's coming out of a biscuit tin and playing around with the controls doesn't improve anything. I'm giving it away and buying a Sony.

Got this because of the good reviews. Good picture for standard definition. Takes a while to sort out the best picture from all the settings. A lot brighter than my panasonic plasma. Had to turn the backlight down. It was blinding! Sound isnt good, hard to hear. But when its hooked up to headphones its terrific. Remotes good but the volume and channel changer buttons should be a lot bigger. Hard to find in the dark! Pleased with it. I could have got a dvd/tv combi for the same price but went for this because of the reviews.
