I have been doing the shape challenge for a while, and I think the Shape challenge 2, is much much better. The exercises are more challenging, so you don't get bored so easily, and there are harder and easier versions, so there is always an excercise for your level of fitness.

The video is broken up into clear sections, warm-up, fat burner, tighten and tone and stretch and cool down. You can choose what combination of workout you would like to do and work at your own level. The fat burner is broken down into 4 sections giving scope to increase the intensity of your workout as you become fitter. Tighten and tone can be done with or without weights. It is an enjoyable video and one that I come back to time and time again. I've used the video to regain my figure after the births of my second and third children and I now have a better figure than before I'd had children!

Really love doing this workout. It's very thorough and enjoyable to do. What I want to know is... can it be bought on DVD? It'd make my evenings a whole lot easier!
