I am a martial arts sensei, and I have always been impressed with the skill and expertise of the shaolin monks.

You may well have seen "wheel of life" on DVD or TV. and this show is pretty much the same thing. In my opinion it is not as good as the above.

Lots of katas to music, which after half an hour or so get a little boring, even to a martial artist.

There are however the impressive stunts, such as breaking things over people's heads, and lifting a guy up with spears. a good few bits of weapon twirling too. All to music. If you've never seen these things before you will be amazed.

However if you "have" seen these kind of martial arts stunts before then the video, is little more than a ballet.

Sadly,..Having seen "wheel of life" on TV, and also a documentary about them. This DVD was somewhat boring with nothing new. Personally I wouldn't bother, you aren't really missing anything.
