About the Author

Wong Kiew Kit, popularly known as Sifu Wong, is the fourth generation successor of Venerable Jiang Nan from the famous Shaolin Monastery in China and Grandmaster of Shaolin Wahnam Institute of Kungfu and Chi Kung. He received the "Qiqong (Chi Kung) Master of the Year" Award during the Second World Congress on Qiqong held in San Francisco in 1997. He is an internationally acclaimed author of books on the Shaolin arts and Buddhism.

This is an insightful and comprehensive work on the Shaolin arts. Using frequently asked questions Sifu Wong Kiew Kit's clear answers bring light and understanding. A wonderful addition to any martial artists library, one I turn to again and again.

This book works as a supportive material. It is very useful for looking into past training questions. It covers many different questions from martial arts training to taoism.
