REDUCED TO CLEAR Very good QUALITY Shamballa macrame style 10mm clay Czech crystal ball Aqua Blue and Silver coloured friendship bracelet with hematite beads & black waxed cord draw string

After seeing the image, I expected to receive a bracelet with aqua blue and while beads, to match with a pendant and earrings I already had. When the bracelet arrived, it had torquoise beads, which were quite dark and did not match with what I already had at all. I contacted the seller regarding this - the customer services were not very good, I found their manner a bit abrupt because I almost felt accused that I did not know what I was ordering. There was obviously some confusion over 'blue', 'aqua blue' and 'torquiose', the product specification and the image used on Amazon. I was told that I could send the product back, at my own expense, and they would replace it for the colour I wanted. I did this, but what arrived was even worse - this time it was a single colour only, and wrong colour again. I did not bother anymore, as the postage was increasing the overall cost of the product.
So, if you are very particular about the colour you want, I would recommend you going to a shop where you can check, or really review the details of your order, as this info may not match the image.
Regarding the quality, it's obviously not as good as the proper shamballa, but I was not expecting that considering it was a tenth of the price. It generally looks nice. Nine beads make it a bit large for me, but seeing other bracelets, that is the size they normally come in.
The low rating is for being disappointed and for the customer service.

I am very pleased with my shamballa. It is excellent quality and it feels and looks like a strong long lasting bracelet! I'd recommend anyone who is interested to get this... And I just wanted to add that there was very quick delivery I got this today and I ordered it two days ago yet I didn't order first class! :D

I received this product a few days ago and I'm very impressed! Very nice quality for the price I paid and very soft colours. That along with the speedy delivery and I'm one extremely happy customer. =)
