This is a excellent book to provide an insight on how Shaka came to power and how his military functioned. It includes as other aspects of the his life and his reasons for doing what he did.
I originally read this 25 years ago and was amazed by the total strength of th man. Revisiting it has only confirmed my original opinion. Fantastic service expertly consigned
One of my fathers favourite reads. He was thrilled with this paperback, it was packaged well and in good condition.
