Eva Hart was just seven years old when her life changed forever on that cold Sunday night on April 14th 1912. Her power of observation with one so young was amazing. Eva stated categorically that the Titanic broke in two before sinking. Many witnesses including 2nd officer Lightoller were adamant she sank intact. Eva's personal observations were correct and were verified when the Titanic was located nearly 70 years after the sinking.
I highly recommend this book as an enthralling chapter in history related to us through the eyes of a young vulnerable girl who lost her beloved father on that fateful night. The book "A Girl Aboard the Titanic" by the same author is an updated version of this book with an added chapter on Esther Hart's (Eva's mother)account of the voyage, published after the death of Eva Hart, it has some interesting information not known when this title was written.
