More About the Author

I am an Irish author who writes for Harlequin Mills and Boon, and I live in Dublin. Years ago I stumbled across a Mills and Boon belonging to my grandmother and I got hooked. Ever since then I've devoured Mills and Boons. In 2006, after a year of submitting and getting rejected, I finally got my first manuscript accepted. I've been writing since then and it really has been a dream come true...I love to hear from readers and you can contact me via my website www.abby-green.com

I've been a fan of Abby's work for a while now and I can honestly say she has never disappointed. This book is part collaboration of authors about The Corretti family (book 3), although it can be read as a stand alone.
Valentina Ferranti has spent seven long years hating Gio Corretti, once best friend of her brother, and the man her youthful heart loved. Then a devastating accident breaks heart. Could the passage of years allow forgiveness?
I loved that Gio wasn't the A typical perfect alpha Italian, and that Val had her own demons to put to rest.

Great story with lots of things to think about with the hero & heroine having to face their demons, both separately & together, before coming out stronger.

It's often very difficult to write a tight and interesting story that is part of a series. Ms Green has managed to link the characters from the other Corretti tales without over burdening her tale, but keeping to a really good and sweet story. It's one about facing demons and forgiveness. Way beyond a good read- a great read

Gio lived with pain and guilt forever having seen his best friend die, Everyone blamed him including Valentina. It's easier to hate him than face the pain and her feelings!!!

A sad and emotional time living your life with all those thoughts and grief knowing nothing will make it better.

Gio has loved Valentina ever since he can remember and has kept away for 7 years until they come face to face again at his cousins wedding to where the story unfolds.

A beautiful well written story.

This was an absolutely fantastic addition to the series about the Corretti family. I loved both the hero & heroine, but particularly the hero because he was so different from the normal alpha male that you normally find in these types of books. Gio was such a tortured soul with a hugh guilt burden overshadowing his life. Valentina was equally enthralling with her own guilt burden & demons to slay. This book was different to a lot of M&B books which was one of the reasons I enjoyed it so much. Abby writes fantastic books & this one is no exception. I am loving the whole Corretti series & would recommend the first 3 books together with this one. Get reading!
