Format:Mass Market Paperback
I wasn't expecting much more than your run of the mill light hearted romance when I started reading this, and to an extent that's what I got, but somehow it felt like more when I was reading it.
The relationship between Jasmine and Josh was so touching. The way he fought so hard to keep them together, despite the problems they faced, made me melt. All day at work I was distracted and waiting to get home to read the rest of the book to find out what happened (despite the fact that I found the Amy character no less irritating in this book than in its otherwise enjoyable predecessor 'Make me a Match').
In short, I can't really explain to you what made this book special, it just was!

A friend lent me this book to read, they told me I would love it. It's about Jasmine a debilitatingly shy girl, and Josh who is a movie star. Jasmine is a costume designer and applies for a job with Arturo she arrives at the interview but because he is a man (her phobia is about men) she just drops her portfolio and runs, Arturo thinking this was a dramatic ploy is impressed and she gets the job.her younger sister Amy is a psychic who has an ability to tell you the name of your one true love, jasmine's is Josh Toby, after getting the job with Arturo she is set to meet with him when she arrives to her amazement and horror the job entails making costumes for Josh Toby the movie star. This was a very good story quite original, the characters were well developed, I particularly liked Josh he was sexy passionate but sympathetic to others feelings, Jasmine was wreck but a nice wreck an incident had happened to her when she was younger which had caused her much anguish giving rise to her being unable to deal with men.Amy the younger sister was completely annoying I did not like her character at all. But this was a good book. My only real criticism is that I felt that the very strong emotional connection between Josh and Jasmine was not played out in their love scenes, those were underwhelming. Having said that I would recommend this book.

This book was fantastic! When I read about what it was about, I thought it sounded good, but when I read it, I thought it was brilliant! I was really upset when I finished it.
